Service staff (m/f/d)

We are looking for a service staff (m/f/d) for our Hotel Diehlberg in full-time, part-time or on a 520€ basis.

 

Your tasks:

  • Looking after guests in our hotel bar, restaurant or beer garden
  • Preparing tables or buffets for special occasions
  • Advising guests on food and beverages
  • Setting and covering the tables
  • Checking the tables for cleanliness and table linen
  • Acceptance of orders
  • Invoice delivery and collection
  • Arrangement of table reservations

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in service or as a bartender is desirable
  • Enjoyment of the job
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance

Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for our Hotel Diehlberg with immediate effect. The position can be filled on a full or part-time basis.

Your tasks:

  • Guest check-in and check-out
  • You are the direct contact person for the guests in all matters
  • Close cooperation with all departments to fulfil guest requests
  • You independently manage a shift and also take on other service-oriented tasks in the hotel business if required
  • Taking care of the hotel's communication channels (especially telephone and e-mail) and conducting advisory and sales talks.
  • Compliance with the specified quality standards

 

Your profile:

  • Ideally you have some experience in the reception / front office area
